About Amanda N. Davis, LMFT

Amanda N. Davis is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist specializing in helping individuals improve their work, romantic and familial relationships.

My Core Beliefs:

I believe anyone has the power to change! All it takes is insight and awareness of the problem and the courage to begin treatment.

In treatment, I believe in using a non-judgmental approach where you are the expert on your life and your relationships.

What it will look like in your session: I will guide you via an expert relational approach that is evidenced based and proven effective in treating mental health illnesses and problems. You and I will collaborate in session to develop your treatment planning and goals to learn how to reach your desired results and preferred self.

My desire to work in this field stems from personal and professional experience with watching others around me suffer from treatable mental illness, and my love of science and research. Through these passions, I assist others in changing their problematic relationships to live a more healthy and fulfilling life.

    My Background:

I have previously worked in community mental health, Family and Children Services, and medical and hospital professions.
