Lydia J Gamble, LPC is a therapist who works with adolescents, emerging adults, and their families that are finding their path in their transition into adulthood.

My goal is to help individuals to understand how all parts of their life are interrelated and to facilitate their individual journey in the growth process.

My individualized approach helps unique populations overcome various obstacles in order to obtain educational, employment, and social opportunities. I am committed to providing a safe space for exploration, healing and growth for and with all of my clients.

  • Adolescents and emerging adults that are struggling to understand how the development and cognitive changes that are taking place, impact their social and emotional well being
  • Adults whom are in the midst of transition and need support through life’s “ups and downs”
  • Those needing help with exploring how past events influence our sense of self and interpersonal relationships with others
  • Parents wanting guidance on how to best support their children as they progress through their developmental stages

With a background in Rehabilitation Counseling, I have assisted individuals with various disabilities navigate the nuances of academic and vocational planning. Additionally, I have provided a healing space for individuals to explore the impact of grief and loss, challenging interpersonal relationships and difficulties with self-love and body image.
